Loan Modification's and Save My Home USA

Recently I have teamed up with Save My Home USA to help clients negotiate with their lenders reducing interest rates, getting loans from ARM's to 30 or 40 fixed year mortgages, getting current on missed payments, and lately were seeing an increased number of principle loan balance reductions.
